Cold, dry weather can lead to painful, cracked lips.  I keep several lip balms handy to help me combat chapped lips…there’s one on my bedroom nightstand, one in my car, and one in my desk-drawer at work.  But despite my preparedness, there are moments during each day when I simply cannot find that little tube of relief.
